To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and include all original tags and labels. We recommend retaining your packaging until you’re certain you’ll keep the item.

Exchange Process & Fees

  • If We Made an Error: In the event you receive a damaged or incorrect product due to our mistake, we’ll gladly arrange a hassle-free exchange at no additional cost to you.
  • Other Exchanges: If you decide to exchange an item for reasons not related to our error, a $23.99 fee will apply to cover the necessary shipping and handling costs.

How to Initiate an Exchange
